In the middle of the 18th century, Riyadh began to use the name Riyadh after building the walls. In 1824, he became the royal family of Saudi Arabia. In 1891, he belonged to the Lacyd tribe.
In 1902, the founder of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Abdul Aziz, led the re-occupation of Riyadh. In 1932, when the kingdom was established, it officially became the capital. When the Kyriad was attacked, the last occupied Masmark Castle still stood.
